Contract machining on our Vasai capacity
We run a precision machine shop for our own fittings and valves. The same machinists, floor space, and inspection system are available for contract manufacturing of your components.
Labour, space, and the system that releases the part
Contract manufacturing here is not spare hours on an idle machine. It is the same team, the same floor, and the same quality loop that our own fittings and valves pass through, pointed at your drawing.
Labour
Skilled CNC machinists, setters, and inspectors who work to instrumentation-grade tolerances every day. Your components are produced by the same team that machines our own ferrules and valve bodies.
Space
Dedicated floor space and machine capacity in our Vasai works, from a single machine cell running your part to a standing production line with its own inspection and dispatch flow.
Systems
Material traceability per heat lot, calibrated inspection, and documented process control: the same quality loop our fittings and valves go through, applied to your drawings.
What we take on
- 01
CNC turning and milling of stainless and exotic alloys
- 02
Close-tolerance small and medium precision components
- 03
Sub-assembly, pressure testing, and gauging
- 04
Batch production with per-lot material traceability
- 05
Drawing-to-dispatch under one roof in Vasai
- 06
NDA-friendly, your drawings stay yours
Drawing to dispatch, in four moves
No part goes to series until you have held the pilot lot and its inspection record. Everything before that exists to make the first article boring.
Drawings in
Send the drawing, the material spec, the tolerances that matter, and the annual volume. An NDA first if you would rather.
Quote with a process plan
We come back with how the part will be made, on which machines, in what lead time, at what price. If it is a poor fit for our shop we say so.
Pilot lot, approved by you
A first-off lot is machined, gauged, and sent with its inspection record. Nothing goes to series until you sign it off.
Series at an agreed cadence
Production runs to the schedule we agreed, each batch released against the same acceptance criteria, records travelling with the parts.
What the Vasai unit gives you
One manufacturing unit, built around the work rather than rented around it. Everything that decides whether a part seals, fits, and ships on time happens inside these walls.
A purpose-built works
35,000 sq. ft. at Vasai, north of Mumbai, built for this work rather than adapted to it. Machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch sit under one roof, so a job never leaves our control between operations.
In-house design team
A full team of experienced engineers works from your drawings and service conditions, using current CAD and process-planning tools to land on a part that is manufacturable at your volumes, not merely drawable.
End-to-end manufacturing
Precision turning and milling in the machine shop; cutting, bending, welding, and finishing in the fabrication unit. Every operation that decides fit, sealing, or finish is handled internally.
R&D and testing laboratory
A dedicated in-house lab develops and tunes processes against customer-specific requirements and proves them on a pilot lot before series production is released.
Reliable operations
Behind the machines is an operations team that plans, schedules, and tracks every order, with material traceability per heat lot and inspection records that travel with the parts.
One roof, one owner
Raw bar to packed crate under a single set of controls and one point of accountability. Nothing that affects a sealing surface is subcontracted out of the unit.
Where the work happens
Contract jobs run at the Vasai works: drawings, samples, tooling, and material go there, and finished parts ship from there. The Mumbai address is the registered office and handles paperwork only.

Contact manufacturing
Send the drawing, the material, and the annual volume. We come back with a process plan, a lead time, and a price, and we will say so plainly if a part is a poor fit for our machines.
