The installation
DP flow and level transmitters across the unit were plumbed with discrete isolate, equalise and vent valves, slow to assemble, and easy to mis-sequence during commissioning.
What changed
Hook-ups were consolidated on Parflow 5-valve direct-mount manifolds, integrating isolate / equalise / vent into one body mounted straight to the transmitter. Fewer parts and a fixed valve sequence made assembly repeatable across crews.
Result
Transmitter hook-up time was cut roughly in half, and the integrated equalise path removed a common source of zero-shift errors during calibration.
