The installation

Across a multi-block pharma campus, gauge and transmitter hook-ups had accumulated a patchwork of valve arrangements, a documentation and spares headache in a validated environment.

What changed

Hook-ups were standardised on Parflow 2-valve remote-mount manifolds for isolate-and-vent. One qualified arrangement, repeated everywhere, replaced the mix of bespoke assemblies.

Result

Standardisation cut the number of spare-part SKUs the campus had to stock and sped up validated hook-up sign-off, since each installation matched a single approved drawing.
